Classic Christmas, a collaboration between Coca-Cola and Enchant, was created to evoke the nostalgia and magic of traditional holiday celebrations. The goal was to design and produce captivating, brand-infused animated content and a dynamic motion design system that would spupport the event and could quickly scale across markets and platforms. This system enabled rapid split testing, extended platform reach, and enhanced the festive atmosphere across all event locations.




Using a component based Figma system combined with after effects MOGRTS, which could be easily updated by local editors in Premiere at speed and scale. By developing a consistent animated brand language across platforms we were able to scale the brand maximising reach, attention and engagment leading to increased ticket sales. The rules revolved around a 3 stage Animation System. Transitions / Animation On, Living hold and Expressive approach.
As the Creative Video Producer and lead motion designer along with the CD, I led the development of the seeasons videos that integrated footage with motion graphics from the event. Coke Classic already had intial assets defined and a typographic language to interpret to this unique event.





Defining precise movements for the reusable transitions, cards and components. We used AI music and VO to create informative pieces that could easily be updated with speed for split testing and rapidly evaluate key performance indicators. The videos were tailored to highlight core themes, various attractions, such as ice skating rinks and light mazes, creating a cohesive and immersive video language.
The video installations played a pivotal role in bringing the Classic Christmas vision to life, contributing to an event that attracted over 416,000 visitors across its locations. Attendees praised the enchanting atmosphere, with many highlighting the visual displays as a standout feature. The successful integration of video content elevated the overall guest experience, reinforcing Classic Christmas as a premier holiday destination.
